You do NOT have to be a licensed ham to participate!
Fox hunting is a "game" where any participant with a radio receiver capable of tuning to a signal transmitted by "the Fox" (typically a 2 meter FM signal in the 144-148 MHz band) can search out and find the location of the hidden transmitter.

This is a great way to introduce ham radio by including non-licensed family members and friends... kids typically have a ball tracking down the fox!  SPREAD THE WORD!!

 Plan on being at Stratham Hill Park in time to hear the fox hunt briefing at 10 AM
