I no longer print envelopes. No printing, no addressing. Just insert card into envelope & seal.

Both mailing and return addresses are printed on QSL card (I DON'T use labels!) and inserted into a double windowed envelope.

This report created by K1UQ is a modification of one created by KI0LO. The K1UQ report prints Mailing Address, Return Address (1st 3 lines), and "AIR MAIL" when appropriate.

The return address is derived from your address information in LOGic: Tools...Setup...Station information...Your address and station info. Only the first three address lines are used. I use the 4th line for other purposes, so excluded from this report.

The mailing address is taken from the address in your Log as shown in the Browse Log window. Browse Log address is populated either from your Call Book CD, or manually.

"AIR MAIL" is added when mailing address is outside the USA and is printed quite large and bold.

INSTRUCTIONS & USE:

Print envelopes BEFORE printing your QSL cards or Labels, as printing this report does NOT change QSL Sent from "F" to "R". (Printing QSL cards or Labels will change "R" to "F" so if you do cards or labels before this report, you won't get companion envelopes)

This report prints QSOs with the QSL Sent field set to "R" (Requested) but excludes those QSOs whose "Via" field has "Bureau", "Buro", or "Buru" entered.

Optionally prints other stations call sign and/or LOGic's VIA field to assist in organizing and stuffing envelopes. "Via" looks for a call sign, so if you add info to "Via" field such as "SASE" or "DIRECT" etc, the info must follow the call sign. If no call sign is entered, "Via" does not print.
