I like to print my own QSL cards - fronts and backs.  I do this a number of different ways, and each has its purpose.  I can pre-print all the fronts in anticipation of some large need like a special event or a contest, after which I load the card stock in my printer and print the backs.  I can print just one card if I wish, but usually print 2, 3, or 4 per sheet.

Can you use pre-printed cards purchased from a supplier?  Yes you can provided your laser or ink jet printer is capable of handling its size.  Then all you need do is design and tweak your QSL report so the printed text aligns with your card.

Can you use labels? Of course... but why would you?  when you can eliminate the label printing step, eliminate handling and affixing labels, eliminate the cost of labels, stocking them, and getting more when you run out???  I find it easier to print directly on the card.
