 Q. Why does each line begin with a date?  Why not just show the date once and list all changes made that day?
 A.  Additions may occur at different times of the same day.  Newest item goes to top of the list.

Q.  How long do "What's New?" items remain posted?
 A.  Approximately one week when list begins to grow to keep length reasonable, etc.
